How do I return an item?

Please contact customer service via e-mail for more information on returning an item.  Send all requests with order number, customer number, item detail and reason for return to support@empireaquatics.com.  
 
Unopened merchandise is eligible for return with prior approval. All returned items are subject to a 20% restocking fee and must be sent to Empire Aquatics freight pre paid and insured.
